Ten years ago, I was a total mess on a path leading to self-destruction. But in all the chaos, I met the most amazing woman of my dreams that I didn’t even know I needed. She filled the holes in my heart and provided the lost puzzle pieces of my soul.
This is how good God is. He brought me this beautiful angel even when I didn’t believe in Him. And then she helped me come to Him. Such glorious love defies words. All I can say is that this is my proof that God is real and that God is love.
Five years ago, I married the love of my life. The time since has been the best five years of my life. Two years ago, I wrote this song for her as a birthday gift. Later that same year, I received Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior.
I don’t know what the future holds, but whatever it is I look forward to facing it with my soulmate. I love you, Renée, from now until eternity 🙂
